Last updated: 01.10.25
These terms of sale apply to all purchases made in the online store of Specula Nordic AS (org.nr 936097324) at www.specula.no.
General
By completing a purchase with us, you accept these terms. We comply with Norwegian law, including the Consumer Purchases Act and the Right of Withdrawal Act.
Ordering
When you order goods from our online store, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The agreement is considered binding once the order is registered in our system. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of typographical errors, inventory errors, or technical problems.
Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner and include VAT. The total cost of the purchase will be displayed before the order is confirmed. We offer secure payment solutions through our partners (e.g., Klarna, Vipps, and Stripe). We do not store card information.
Delivery
We deliver goods to addresses in Norway (and potentially other countries if specified in the online store). Delivery time is normally 2–7 business days. If the item is out of stock or delivery is delayed, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Shipping
Shipping costs are added to the price of the product unless otherwise stated. Free shipping may apply to orders over a certain amount – this will be clearly stated in the online store.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Upon return, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving the item. Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Complaints
If you discover defects or deficiencies in the item, you have the right to make a complaint in accordance with Norwegian consumer purchase law. Contact us at knut@specula.no and we will help you with the further process. Remember to provide your order number.
Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. Information is only shared with necessary third parties (e.g., payment and shipping providers).
Disputes
Any disputes will be resolved under Norwegian law. If you are a consumer, you have the right to complain via the Consumer Council or the Consumer Disputes Committee.
